There are often cases when the Copyright Holder needs to obtain a duplicate of the Trademark Certificate due to its loss or damage to the original, and re-issuance of the original is not provided for by law
To obtain a duplicate, you must pay the state fee and provide a payment order for payment of the fee with a corresponding covering letter to Rospatent. A duplicate of the certificate is issued on a sample form valid during the period of issue of the duplicate, and a “Duplicate” stamp is affixed in the upper right corner. From the day the duplicate is issued, the original certificate is invalid.
It should be noted that duplicates of patents for inventions, utility models and industrial designs are also issued upon application by their Copyright Holders and payment of a fee.
