An individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”), by sending a Request for consultation on services on the websites erfis.ru, erfis-ip.com, as well as by registering in the Personal Account, provides this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”). Acting freely, in accordance with his will and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the Subject gives consent to Erfis LLC (TIN 7804564715, address: 195256, St. Petersburg, Butlerova Street, 13-687, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) to process his personal data in accordance with the following conditions:
Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data:
last name, first name, patronymic;
telephone number;
email address.
The processing of personal data by the Administrator means an action or set of actions with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, destruction of personal data.
The processing of personal data by the Administrator is carried out in a mixed way: with and without the use of automation tools.
The subject consents to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
Subject identification;
interaction with the Subject, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the services of the Administrator, as well as processing requests and applications from the Subject;
conclusion and execution of contracts for the provision of services by the Administrator.
The subject of personal data has the right to send the Administrator a request to block or delete his personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Consent may be revoked by the Personal Data Subject or his representative by sending a written statement to the Administrator or an email to info@erfis.ru.
The Subject consents to the transfer by the Administrator of his personal data to third parties in cases where this is necessary for the provision of services to the Subject or other similar execution of the agreement between the Subject and the Administrator.
The Administrator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
The validity period of the Subject's consent is unlimited, however, the Subject has the right to revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 195256, St. Petersburg, Butlerova Street, 13-687, to Erfis LLC, marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.” The deletion of your personal data will be carried out by the Administrator within 20 working days from the receipt of this notification.
If the Personal Data Subject or his representative withdraws the Consent to the processing of personal data, the Administrator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
