STAB C.S. JSC is a large company engaged in agricultural research and production of environmentally friendly fertilizers.
The essence of the problem
The client needed to patent an innovative liquid fertilizer containing colloidal silver in several countries.

We reviewed the technical solution, conducted a study of its patentability and came to the conclusion that it is.
Then we started drafting the first application, which was submitted to Rospatent.
After receiving the Russian patent, we registered an international application for an invention, after which we filed applications for national/regional patents in the following territories:
Eurasian Union; European Union; United States of America; Brazil; China.
Result
Patents were issued based on the application, valid in the territories of 38 states.
