Performed patent research in accordance with GOST for JSC "Electrotyaga"
JSC "Electrotyaga" is the only Russian manufacturer of emergency-standby and cycled lead-acid batteries for Russian Navy submarines with a capacity of 3,000 to 20,000 Ah. Batteries of this type correspond to the best foreign analogues and are equipped with an automated parameter control system.
The essence of the problem
JSC "Electrotyaga" contacted us with a request to conduct a study of the patent purity of several types of batteries, in accordance with GOST.
Uniqueness and complexity of the case
Our solution
We analyzed the patent databases of Rospatent and the Eurasian Patent Organization in order to determine the patents in force in Russia. Having established the presence of patent purity, we prepared a conclusion on the patent purity of the client’s batteries in accordance with GOST.
Result
Conclusion on the patent purity of the client’s products drawn up in accordance with GOST.
