Aybugay LLC is an organization specializing in the manufacture of devices for displaying goods.
The essence of the problem
LLC "Aybugay" approached us with a request to patent a device for rotating shelves, in such a way that when rotated, the shelves always maintained a horizontal position as a utility model.
Uniqueness and complexity of the case
As a prototype, we chose a book wheel designed by Agostino Ramelli, an Italian engineer of the 16th century, since there are no closer modern analogues of the device. In addition, the Rospatent Examination initially came to the conclusion that it was impossible to issue a patent for inventions. However, in our response we showed that the Examination's conclusion is based on an incorrect understanding of the technical essence of the claimed invention. Our arguments convinced the Expertise and the patent was issued.
Our solution
We have reviewed the technical solution and have determined that it is not obvious to a person skilled in the art. We invited the client to submit an application for an invention.
The client agreed and we filed an application for the invention with Rospatent.
Result
The application was issued patent for invention No. 2836194.
